All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

A work agreement outlining the details of major projects must be signed prior to the commencement of work.

Clients will be invoiced for all incidental costs (postage, long distance calls, stationary, photocopies, printing, etc.).

We reserve the right to add a 10% surcharge to projects considered "rush" (requiring a 24 hour turnaround).

Unless agreed otherwise, our payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance being paid "upon delivery" of completed assignment with the exception of monthly retainer packages where invoices area payable upon receipt.
